A Tamaqua man has been charged with breaking in to the Tamaqua Salvation Army building, 105 W. Broad St., Tamaqua.

State police at Schuylkill Haven report the following crashes:

• State police at Lehighton arrested a 41-year-old Stroudsburg woman for driving under the influence of alcohol after a two-vehicle crash at 6:04 p

State police at the Lehighton barracks said a previous report of $7,800 worth of gold bars having been stolen from a Towamensing Township residence

A Tamaqua man was cited by Schuylkill Township Police after a burglary in Newkirk on Oct. 9.

Justin J. Volino, 31, of Saylorsburg, was cited by state police at Lehighton after a one-vehicle crash at 4:40 p.m. Oct.

State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft by deception case.

Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Tamaqua Police were called out for three incidents on Oct. 16 involving an Elm Street man.

A suspicious package left on Schuylkill Avenue in Tamaqua resulted in criminal charges for Shawn William Johnson, 31, of Broad Street in Tuscarora.

• Tamaqua Police cited Judith Arlene Allen, 50, of North Railroad Street, Tamaqua, after an incident at the Turkey Hill Minit Mart on Aug. 18.

Tamaqua police have charged Duane Roy Allen II, 28, no permanent address, in connection with an incident on Oct. 6.
